OUR PROGRAM :

This programme is a structured 2-year program designed with:

1. Challenging assignments supported by a coach and mentor
2. International exposure
3. Challenging tasks and projects having impact on the business

YOUR CHOICE :

• MT – Operations
• MT – Finance

QUALIFICATION:

1. Bachelor degree in Economics and Management (MT – Finance) and Engineering or Agricultural (MT – Ops) from reputable universities, with min. GPA of 3.00
2. Fresh graduates (graduated by 2012 at the latest) and final semester students are welcome to apply
3. Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
4. Having good in analytical thinking & leadership capabilities
5. Willing to be placed in Malang – East Java (MT – Operations only)

2. PRODUCT TECHNICAL TRAINEE

OUR PROGRAM :

This programme is a structured 3-year program designed with:

1. Challenging assignments supported by a coach and mentor
2. International exposure
3. Challenging tasks and projects having impact on the business

OUR REQUIREMENT :

1. Bachelor degree in Horticulture, Agricultural, or Applied Science from reputable universities, with min. GPA of 3.00
2. Fresh graduates (graduated by 2012 at the latest) and final semester students are welcome to apply
3. Having 1-2 years working experience as a Product Technical Trainee position or in Operations functions will be an advantage
4. Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
5. Having good in analytical thinking & leadership capabilities
6. Willing to be placed in Malang – East Java
