PT PLN (Persero) is fully-owned by the Government of Republic of Indonesia through the State Minister for State Owned Enterprise. PLN engaged in electricity services, include generation, distribution, transmission and other services related to electricity. The Company incorporated in 1961 and originally registered as Electricity and Gas Bureau. The name of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) was formed in 1994. At December 2012, PLN supported by 46 business units, 11 direct owned subsidiaries, 8 associate companies, and 2 joint venture companies. According to PLNs latest annual report cited by JobsCDC.com, the Company achieved significant performance in 2012. PLN’s revenue from electric power sales reached Rp232.66  trillion, an 11.8% increase from 2011 of Rp208.02 trillion.

General Requirements

• Male, single/not married and willing to not married during education program
• Min High School (SMA) IPA and Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Electrics Engineering
• Min average SKHUN score of 6.5
• Min last semester of Grade 12 report card
• Math Scores: Minimum of 6.5 (six point five)
• Physics Scored: Minimum 6.5 (six point five)
• Min accredited A and B (evidenced by a copy of the schools accreditation)
• Maximum birth in 1993 or thereafter;
• Minimum height 165 cm;
• Weight proportionate to height (BMI maximum 28);
• Physically and mentally healthy and not wearing glasses and no color blindness;
• Not tattooed or not pierced / used in ear piercing or other body part;
• Does not have a bond with the agency or other company;
• Not involved in drug abuse and other addictive substances;
• Pass the selection process, which includes: Administration Test, Academic Test, Psychological Test, Physical Test, Interview, Medical Test, and Prajabatan Training
